The space is just under 1500 square feet of office space for $1600/month which includes water and electricity as a sublet.

We are a small plaster artisanal manufacturing shop, plaster dust permeates everything, this is why it is important that any potential renter understand that this is not a suitable for someone that needs a “clean room”.The entry space consists of a large room with two smaller offices and two bathrooms off of the main room.
