SFMade will work with you to find the industrial space – to lease or to buy – that is ideally suited to your needs. We work with a network of individual industrial and commercial building owners; well-respected industrial brokers; and through the SFMade community of more than 200 other manufacturers and partner organizations to quickly identify candidate spaces in the neighborhoods where you want to be.
We can help you find:
• Industrial/commercial/mixed use spaces that can house production and retail/office activities in the same space;
• Spaces under 5000 sqft, often not listed on the industrial broker databases because they are too small or represented by the owner;
• Spaces appropriate for start-up production activities, including food and apparel production;
• Spaces that take advantage of the City and State Enterprise Zone and other incentive programs
We have a deep working knowledge of the City’s industrial zoning – including the special accessory uses that are reserved for manufacturers alone. This enables us to find spaces that often enjoy a number of advantages and have incentives, while keeping the price low for the manufacturer.
Cost: This service is free to any company who is a manufacturer looking to rent or buy industrial space in San Francisco.
