| Job Information | This person is responsible for keeping the building and grounds in clean and orderly condition. This is a very physical position and responsibilities include heavy cleaning duties such as: Keeping all 9 bathrooms clean, serviced and supplied on a daily basis, mopping and sweeping floors, keeping all surfaces in the break room clean, neat and orderly, keeping trash bins emptied on a regular basis, and dealing w/ recycling of all kinds. Job also includes keeping the surrounding sidewalks swept and free from trash. Take care of the showroom, entrance areas around the building the viewing court and keep the urban grounds looking great There will be construction going on in the building for the next 6-12 months so you may also help to keep those areas clean too. There may be some routine maintenance activities, as well as notifying management of need for repairs. Forklift experience very desirable, however, training and certification is available. |
