Company Overview Jade Chocolates is an artisan chocolatier specializing in blending teas and spices from Asia and the Pacific Islands. We are located in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights district. Our production line includes chocolate bars, truffles, panned products and other confections.
Job Information

We are looking for knowledgeable part-time help in our production process as well as some sales and sampling events. Experience not necessary, however a willingness to learn is a must.

Qualifications/Experience

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Flexibility in hours
Appreciation for, and basic knowledge of, high-end artisanal foods
Must be able to follow direction and be able to work on your own
Attention to detail
Ability to read recipes and convert pounds, ounces and grams

OTHER ATTRIBUTES and SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Knowledge of guitar cutter
Knowledge of panning machine
Spanish speaking
The chocolatier we are looking for must be able to cover all facets in the production line, including making chocolate, wrapping and packaging the final product.
Compensation Information Compensation is dependant upon knowledge and experience.
Hours Starts at 8 to 12 hours a week with the possiblity of becoming full time when our production increases.
