About the Role
We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented, and ambitious Creative Studio & Operations Assistant to join our studio in Santa Clara. This role offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of footwear design, product packaging, and creative business growth.
You will play a direct role in our day-to-day operations—ranging from studio organization and product assembly to business development, pitch deck creation, and brand outreach.
Key Responsibilities
📦Studio Operations & Fulfillment
Product Packaging & Assembly: Pack product components into final packaging with high attention to detail and quality control.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize studio storage so components and finished goods are easily accessible.
Physical Logistics: Regularly handle, organize, and move stock (ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs of boxes required).
🎨Creative & Hands-On Studio Work
Support hands-on studio production and artistic tasks requiring strong fine motor skills and creative execution.
Assist in prototyping, testing, and developing new physical packaging concepts for upcoming product launches.
📈Business Development & Outreach
Gain strategic insight into the sneaker tattoo market to help identify potential growth opportunities.
Lead brand outreach efforts, including cold calling/emailing local and prospective business partners to secure activation or retail opportunities.
Build compelling digital pitch decks to present design proposals and collaboration opportunities to prospective corporate partners.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Relevant Experience: experience in marketing, e-commerce, sales, or arts is recommended.
Detail-Oriented & Hands-On: Excellent fine motor skills, artistic inclination, and pride in neat, accurate work.
Organized & Reliable: Ability to keep workspace and inventory structured and efficient.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable reaching out to prospective clients and pitching creative ideas.
Technical Skills: Experience with visual graphic skills (Illustrator/Photoshop), photography and social media skills are highly desired.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift and maneuver boxes weighing 30–40 lbs regularly.
Direct Impact: Work closely with the lead creative director—your input will directly shape product launches and business strategy.

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Near SCU campus – 95050)
Position Type: Part-Time - Full-Time
Hours: 15-20 hours/week
