Description

 

The Senior Patternmaker will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality patterns, conducting fittings, and collaborating with our design team to refine garment designs. The role includes drafting, adjusting, and grading patterns, maintaining consistent sizing standards, troubleshooting fit issues independently, and maintaining organized, well-documented pattern files. This is a part-time (or contract-based), on-site role based at KAMPERETT’s studio in San Francisco, CA, requiring hands-on collaboration with the production team.

 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pattern Design and Pattern Making techniques

• Experience with Sewing and creating finished garment prototypes

• Strong skills in conducting fittings and making adjustments for optimal fit

• Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

• Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams

• Previous experience in the luxury or high-end fashion industry is a plus
