SFMade Holiday Pop-up Store

This holiday season has been really exciting for SFMade and local makers, as we brought local manufacturing to the heart of downtown with something new: our first-ever Holiday Pop-Up Store.

From December 2–20, 2025, we transformed a store at Embarcadero Center into a vibrant showcase of locally made goods. We featured 60 SFMade members across six product categories:

• Arts & Crafts

• Beauty

• Clothing & Accessories

• Food & Beverage

• Home Decor

• Jewelry

Our goal was to make it easy for San Franciscans to shop for locally made gifts, all in one place, while directly supporting the small businesses that make our city unique.

The SFMade Holiday Pop-Up Store also drew attention from local media, highlighting the importance of supporting small businesses and keeping manufacturing alive in San Francisco. Coverage from outlets like the San Francisco Examiner, 7x7, Mission Local helped amplify the impact of the store and the stories of the makers behind it.

Our first Holiday Pop-Up Store showed what’s possible when we create a dedicated space for local manufacturers to thrive.
