Sales and Marketing Coordinator, DODOCase

Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented, self-starter to join our growing sales and marketing team in the role of Sales and Marketing coordinator. You will support both our inside and outside sales representatives to manage our growing domestic and international base of distributors.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for editing, processing and tracking of sales orders and customer interaction
Second point of contact for customer and sales inquires.
Act as liaison between Sales Team/Senior Management and Production department
Heavy communication (email/telephone) with sales representatives located throughout the country.
Responsible for supporting the marketing needs of our distributors including coordinating internal creation of marketing programs and assets
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and cloud based computing
Web design and marketing experience helpful
Customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure

Chocolatier, Jade Chocolates

Summary: Jade Chocolates is an artisan chocolatier specializing in blending teas and spices from Asia and the Pacific Islands. We are located in San Francisco’s Laurel Heights district. Our production line includes chocolate bars, truffles, panned products and other confections. We are looking for knowledgable and experienced, part-time help in our production process.
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Flexibility in hours
Appreciation for, and basic knowledge of, high-end artisanal foods
Must be able to follow direction and be able to work on your own
Attention to detail
Ability to read recipes and convert pounds, ounces and grams
General knowledge of hand tempering, molding, piping, hand dipping A MUST!
OTHER ATTRIBUTES and SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Knowledge of guitar cutter
Knowledge of panning machine
Spanish speaking
The chocolatier we are looking for must be able to cover all facets in the production line, including making chocolate, wrapping and packaging the final product.
Compensation/Hours: Compensation is dependant upon knowledge and experience. This position has the possiblity of becoming full time when our production increases.
This job starts late February, early March.

Production Assistant, {Cocoa}

Food Cart Operations/Sales Manager, The Chai Cart

Currently, we have are looking to fill two positions to manage the cart, shifts starting at 6:30am and 11:30am everyday (M-S). Start date in January.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, dedicated, team player
- Self-Motivated; should be able to perform job with little or no supervision
- Understanding of current social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Wordpress, etc..)
- minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably Specialty / Artisan food products
- passion for food, tea, coffee and other specialty / artisan food products
- familiarity, appreciation, and enthusiasm regarding the philosophy of The Chai Cart
The candidate needs to be strong to pull/push a heavy cart; must be able to lift 50 lbs; having handyman skills to do minor fixes is a plus.
Compensation/Hours: Shifts starting at 6:30am and 11:30am everyday (M-S). Start date in January. Salary is $12-15/hr.
